ABOUT THIS TOOL
A little clarity
across a big world.
Overlap Atlas is a small, free tool for people who arrange meetings between Asia and Europe. Its job is straightforward: show whether a whole meeting fits everyone’s entered work hours, and make the local dates and times easy to share.
Made for a small team
Compare two to five cities from a curated list of 21 business hubs. Set local work hours and weekday preferences, choose a date, then select a shared time. There is no account, payment, AI service, or calendar connection.
Simple by design
The site calculates times in your browser. Saved settings remain in that browser. Shared links carry a snapshot, rather than creating a team account or a synced calendar.
This is the first version. It has one continuous work interval per city and supports 30- and 60-minute meetings. It does not know your holidays, lunch breaks or private appointments. An empty result is useful information: there may genuinely be no common working window.
Help make it useful
If you found this tool in a community feedback post, reply there with the cities, date and steps that were unclear. Please omit private meeting details. Feedback about whether you would use it for your real team helps guide the next version.
Accuracy and availability
Time zone conversion uses your browser’s time zone rules. Keep the browser current and confirm the final time with participants. This free tool is provided as a planning aid and may change as we improve it.
