01

Start with real availability.

Choose cities and work hours, rather than assuming everyone works the same day.

02

Pick the date, not just the hour.

Daylight saving changes the time difference. We use the rules for your chosen date.

03

Share the whole picture.

Send one link or copy local dates and times for every city. No accounts, no calendar access.

This planner checks the hours you enter. It does not read calendars or exclude public holidays. Confirm availability with your team before booking.

How do I find a meeting time across time zones?

Choose 2–5 cities, set each local workday, then select a date and meeting length. Pick a suggested start to see every local date and time and copy a share link.

Does this meeting planner handle daylight saving time?

Yes. It uses IANA time zones for the selected date, rather than a fixed offset. A local time skipped by daylight saving is rejected; a repeated time has two choices.

Why are there no shared working hours?

The full 30- or 60-minute meeting must fit every city’s work hours and weekday rules. Check each workday or agree on wider availability with your team. Public holidays and calendar events are not checked.
